GET INVOLVED

Help Shape Delhi’s First Arts & Health Festival

DAHF is being built through collaboration, partnership and community participation. We welcome artists, researchers, organisations, volunteers, healthcare professionals, students and supporters — anyone who believes in the power of creativity to transform how we care for one another and our city.

MANY WAYS TO CONTRIBUTE

There are many ways to be part of DAHF

DAHF is a living, growing initiative — shaped not by a single organiser but by everyone who chooses to participate. Whether you offer your time, your practice, your organisation’s reach, or simply your presence, there is a place for you here.

Every form of participation helps build something Delhi has never seen before.

PARTICIPATION

JOIN THE TEAM

Team

Behind every festival is a team of people who make it real. DAHF is building a volunteer team to support operations, programming, hospitality, communications, research and documentation, accessibility and audience engagement. Whether you can give a few hours or a few months, your contribution shapes what this festival becomes.

We are particularly keen to hear from people with experience in event production, arts administration, community engagement, research, documentation, translation and interpretation, digital communications, and accessibility support.

PARTNERSHIP

Organisations & Institutions

DAHF is building a movement — and movements need institutions as much as they need individuals. We are actively seeking partnerships with hospitals and healthcare trusts, universities and research centres, schools and colleges, NGOs and foundations, museums, galleries and cultural organisations, community groups and public institutions.

Whether you are a teaching hospital curious about the evidence base, a university wanting to embed arts and health in your curriculum, a cultural institution seeking to deepen your community reach, or a foundation looking to support bold ideas — DAHF offers a framework for genuine, long-term collaboration.

Creativity is not a luxury in healthcare — it is a necessity. DAHF is the space where that conversation becomes action.

ARTISTIC PARTICIPATION

Artists & Facilitators

DAHF is a space for artists, makers, performers, facilitators and creative practitioners of all kinds. We are interested in work that crosses boundaries — between art and medicine, between studio and clinic, between performance and community. If your practice touches on health, wellbeing, care, belonging or the human body, we want to hear from you.

Interdisciplinary Practice

We welcome solo artists, collectives, facilitators, researchers and interdisciplinary practitioners — at all career stages. Proposals can be individual, collaborative, or in development. We encourage speculative and experimental work alongside established practice.

BUILT TOGETHER

DAHF belongs to everyone who helps build it.

This festival is not being handed down from above. It is being built from below — through conversations in clinics and studios, in community centres and university lecture halls, in parks and on street corners. Every relationship, every contribution, every act of participation adds something to what DAHF will become.

We believe that when artists, healers, communities and institutions come together around shared purpose, something shifts. Not just in a programme or a festival — but in a city’s understanding of what care can look like.

Delhi has always been a city of movements. DAHF is joining that tradition.
